This 100% Xinomavro is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Ruby colour with garnet highlights. Aromas of cherry, red berry and forest fruits with balsamic and leather notes. Mature fruit and earthy notes on the palate with generous acidity and tannins. Pair with truffle risotto.
