At Bramalea City Centre, service animals that are individually trained to perform essential tasks for their companions are always welcome. 

Pets are not permitted for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Please do not leave pets unattended outdoors or in vehicles.

Washrooms are located as follows:

Lower level: Behind La Senza, beside Shoppers Drug Mart & behind American Eagle.

Upper Level: In the south food court beside Amaya, behind Carters/Oshkosh, and across from A-Lifestyle

Please contact our Security Office at 905-793-4409 for access to the washrooms.

Bramalea City Centre is pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi to customers and guests.  To access our Wi-Fi network, enable Wi-Fi on your mobile device and search for "FREE WIFI BCC". Once connected, open your internet browser to the FREE Wi-Fi Welcome Page and click "Connect".

Bramalea City Centre has two all-purpose Electric Vehicle Charging Stations donated by Sun Country Highway and Tesla Motors.  BCC provides this service free-of-charge, as part of our enhanced amenities at our Shopping Centre. The Electric Vehicle charging stations are located outside of the multi-level parking deck, across from Moxies, facing Peel Centre Drive. Look out for the large sign.
