Made from hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes, this naturally fermented bubbly is matured in oak barrels for four months and rests on its lees for 36 months, with no dosage added. Expect aromas of fresh sourdough bread with notes of almonds. Warm apricot and nutty notes on the palate. Pair with grilled lobster.
