What if healing your childhood could transform your present reality? This book offers a roadmap to rediscovering the power within your inner child. Childhood can evoke a range of emotions in us. Emotions include love, joy, shame, guilt, feelings of being unloved, abandoned, vulnerable, and doubt. Due to the negative emotions and experiences, we may never open up or discuss specific situations we faced as children. To find answers and solutions to our childhood and present-day situations, I am writing this book, which explores the inner child, its function, its effects, how it is formed, why it is the way it is, how to connect with it, and how to heal ourselves to heal life.
