Vistamar Gran Reserva Cabernet/Syrah 2020

This blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon and 40% syrah, all from vineyards on alluvial soils from the Maipo River in the Maipo Valley, was barrel aged for 16 months, although the oak is by no means the main player here. What predominates, instead, is the generosity of the fruity flavors and the ripeness of a warm year like 2020. And the creamy tannins tend to accentuate that voluptuous sensation.
