There is great elegance and character in the 2019 Vigno - earthy and rustic but also floral and nuanced. The Cariñena is complemented by some 10% Cinsault, and the wine comes through as ripe but fresh and vibrant, powerful and harmonious. There is a dry, stony and granite-driven feeling on the palate that I like very much. It has to be one of the finest Vignos from Undurraga. Drink date: 2021-2029.
