Social media has revolutionized the dissemination of data. It has affected how individuals research and investigate UFO sightings, alien abductions, and alien close encounter events. The instant dissemination of a recent Unknown Aerial Vehicle (UAV) or Unknown Aerial Phenomena (UAP) sighting provides researchers and investigators with relevant and timely data they can apply to their own projects. The release of documents related to ufology is spread across the Internet to be used as evidence or a source in an investigation, research paper, or book. The internet, like it or hate it, has had a transformative effect on the field of ufology. This book is a hybrid of internet research, written primary and secondary sources, and oral history.
