This wine spent 36 months resting on the lees in underground cellars. It has wonderful richness and complexity, with impressively defined quince, melon, apple, pear and citrus notes and a sharply delineated minerality on the close. This will be delicious tonight with seafood in a creamy sauce and has the potential to evolve through 2030+.
