Children come into the world with love. When they are sick or hospitalized, the love is still there. However, the caregivers are strangers, which can be a frightening environment for them. But it seemed that true love conquered all things. This is the story of a life-long lesson on what unconditional love looks like through the eyes of a child-not spoken with words but through actions. Through the child's genuine playful nature, two things happened: he managed to help his nurse see that she had some growth to do in the Lord. And that perceived racism should not have been part of her plan of care.
