Many moons ago the kids in the fifties were pretty creative. Summer time was the best time of the year. No school, no teachers and no books. Just 3 months of fun and laughs. So let's go back a few years and set your time machine to the " Summer of 1959", where everyone knew all the kids and neighbors on the block. We had to be in by dark and on Saturday nights we had to have a bath. But in the mornings, we jumped out of bed, ran down the steps, grabbed a quick bowl of cereal and don't let the screen door hit your butt on the way out. Every street had their own group of little rascals. So sit back and relax as you read about "The Summer of 1959"!
