Tara is a fashion design major in college, and this is the third year in a row she has entered a costume contest at fraternity. Despite her best efforts, she lost the previous two years, so this year she is determined to win. When she arrives at the party however, she quickly realizes that the taller, sexier women keep winning because they flirt with the judges. She decided to fight fire with fire, but when flirting with the first judge leads to an accidental nip slip, she begins down a very tantalizing path of flirting and flashing that quickly leads to some pretty hot sex.
