After escaping the final battle of a century's long cosmic war, Orin Garvik crash lands on a seemingly uninhabited planet and is presumed dead by his own people. He regains consciousness and finds himself within the walls of Temporal Security Agency with a large portion of his memory gone. He is given a different identity, a job and a small loyal team. Ten years later, everything seems to be working out fine for the newly promoted Captain, until the agency receives distress call specifically requesting Orin's assistance and asking for him by name. Going against her better judgement, the TSA director allows Orin to answer the distress call personally with a member of his team as backup. Has the TSA director made the right decision? Is Orin and his subordinate walking straight into a trap? What is the true identity of the Chosen One, and why is he wanted so badly? Has the massive reputation that Orin had gained through the agency put him in to much danger? Will Orin be able to overcome his spiritual weakness long enough to save his race from total extinction? Will Orin be able to save all of creation, or will he end up leading the universe towards it's complete destruction? Only time will tell....
