Bill Marks escorts the reader along his thirty year journey as a trial lawyer to reveal "The Other Side of the Law." S. degree from the College of Business and a Juris Doctor degree from the College of Law at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee; an M. A. degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, Wilmore, Kentucky.
