- INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Always inspect ear plugs prior to insertion. 2. With clean hands, roll and compress ear plug into smallest crease-free diameter possible. 3. Reach opposite hand over head, and pull top of ear backwards to expose ear canal. 4. Quickly insert tapered end into the ear canal, and hold until foam expands (approximately 30 seconds). Do not force. 5. To remove, gently twist and pull ear plug out of ear canal.
