The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has quite an intense blackberry, raspberry, cedar and cigar box bouquet that opens nicely with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine bead of acidity and quite structured, but the tannins feel fine and the 40% new French oak is neatly entwined toward the finish. Even so, I would give it another year to fully coalesce. Promising. Drinking window: 2020-2028. Score - 90.
