Delicate aromatics, really floral and lifted, clean and crystalline, pure and focused, not so overly sweet, but some peach density with a touch of orange blossom and marmalade. Unctuous and filling but in a great way, not thick, but round and punchy. Focussed on delicate flavours and botrytis, orange peel and apricot, not exotic, but cool and fresh and so detailed. This is so easy to drink and enjoy with acidity and lift. Structure is there but there is an ease to this. Very enjoyable. Ageing 50% in new barrels and 50% from barrels of one vintage, for 16 to 20 months, according to the evolution of the wine. Represents 77% of production. 130g/L residual sugar. 3.83pH. Drinking window: 2026-2038.
