The 2019 is the first release of this rich, creamy barrel-fermented Chardonnay. It's a blend of fruit from two specially selected Niagara vineyards and was aged on its lees for a year before the final barrel selection and blending in November 2020. A buttery wine, with tropical fruit, lemon, apple, vanilla and caramel. There's a lot to like now, though it will evolve through 2025+.
