It's easy to use and easy to handle with the soft touch hand grip.

- Adjustable angle knob for both the coarse and fine sharpening slots - simply push down and turn knob to desired angle (Asian knives recommended angle is 16 degrees, European/American knives recommended angle is 20 degrees)
- Coarse sharpening slot features diamond rods to sharpen dull and damaged knives
- Fine sharpening slot features ceramic stones for finishing, polishing, or maintaining an already sharp knife
- Serrated sharpening slot features a fixed angle with ceramic stones able to sharpen most serrated knives
