Sigalas Assyrtiko grapes are grown on basket-trained vines that are an average of 60 years old. Medium lemon colour. This Assyrtiko has abundant flavours of mineral, citrus fruit and peach, with lively acidity with refreshing mineral and peach notes on the palate. Enjoy paired with grilled fish with oil and lemon.
