Be aware that finger-nails will damage the surface of the glue seriously. • Start by turning the bra inside out and then place one cup to one of your breasts and gently smooth the cup and its edges to the breast. Repeat same procedure with the second cup. • For longer lifetime of Adhesive Bra, gently rinse cups after use with warm water and soap. Shake of waterdrops and leave to dry in a cool, dry place.
