This is the true-to-life story of my husband's two children, Michael Scott and Mary Catherine Meyerson Still, who both tragically died at an early age. Michael Scott died from AIDS in 1992, and Mary Catherine died from leukemia in 2007. It is the story of the suffering and survival through both losses and how a marriage can survive such terrible loss even though the couple do not share the same view of religion. Elizabeth is a born-again Christian, and Jerry is an agnostic. Nonetheless, both love each other and respect each other's right to their own beliefs.
