Chelle, a native Floridian, began going to Siesta Key Beach, which was an hour away from her home, during a global pandemic. She needed an escape now that she was working from home, and the beach was one of the few places to go. Not a regular beachgoer, Chelle became a frequent visitor. She found peace, comfort, and healing during her walks on the beach following the loss of her mother. This place also became a refuge for Chelle to be her authentic self and quickly became her happy place. One Sunday morning, Chelle crossed paths with an unlikely visitor, and her life would never be the same again.
