Ruby fans (like you!) have been asking for a solid ruby bar, so we made it happen! With no added fruit flavours or colours, ruby is like this by nature. It's crafted from specially selected ruby cocoa beans that undergo a shortened fermentation process. This shorter fermentation enhances ruby's tropical, tart berry fruit notes and natural hue. Made with sustainable cocoa.
- Ingredients : Sugar, Cocoa butter, Milk ingredients, Unsweetened chocolate, Soy lecithin, Citric acid, Vanilla flavour.
