This the first in a series of three books know as the (The Tales of Vanity Bench). The inspiration for the title came from a Vanity Bench that I acquired at auction, and upon picking it up, i met the former owner who is a profession photographer. He told me that the bench was normally used in photo shoots, and had actually been in a shoot for Victoria's Secret. Which begged the question, if this bench could talK? It did talk to be me and from it arose the The Tales of Vanity Bench series, where the lead character's name is Vanity Bench, which down a trail blazed by Ian Fleming and Dr. Susses, for the use of names with double meanings, or that let you mind take you where you wanted to be. The stories were fun to write and one of the characters in the second book, "Lawyers and Lovers" is based on a friend who asked me to write her into a book. While the names of the characters and locations may remind some of someone or someplace, they all are products of my imagination, and no place or person exists as far as i know.
