Back en form here in 2021 after a soft and muted 2020, Sparr's gewürztraminer is crafted in the classic medium-dry style with plenty of exotic floral character in the varietal idiom. Acids are sufficient to counter balance the sweetness and provide some lift, but you'll want to serve this alongside rich foods with some inherent sweetness of their own to match like with like.
