This Pommeau De Normandie is made with apple must and Calvados Pays d'Auge, aged 36 to 48 months in oak barrels. It unveils subtle aromas of cooked fruit, dried fruit, prunes and cherry with notes of almond and honey. Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif or a digestif. It pairs well with foie gras and cheese.
