The Cuvée 1522 is named for the year the Philipponnat family moved to Champagne's famous village of Ay. This 2015 expression has a tangy lime character atop notions of orange, almond, fresh bread, and a characterful Ay spice. There's a long, generous finish with a noted minerality.
