Trainers Choice Patella Tendon Strap is designed to help support Patellar Tendonitis, Jumper’s Knee, Osgood Schlatter’s Disease & Runner’s knee. Our knee strap is made with quality engineered Comfortex latex free material. It is a specially designed strap worn on the knee just below the knee cap to help reduce work on the tendons and their attachment on the shin. Two adjustable compression straps over a shock absorbing foam buttress provide maximum support and relief of knee Patellar Tendinopathy conditions. Lightweight, compact and breathable this knee strap can be worn on the go, walking, running, exercising, playing sports, working or any activity where you need added support. Expertise from the Canadian Trainers Choice Sports Medicine Complex and the client experience has been leveraged in the design of this knee strap.
- Comfortex base material with 4 way stretch to maintain compression and perforated for breathability. Specially designed knee strap with adjustable compression straps and foam buttress for maximum relief. Features Kinetic Panelling which incorporates the benefits of kinesiology tape. Wrap around design for ease of application and compression adjustment. Unisex design works for men and women and can be worn on the left or right knee. Made from Latex Free Materials.
- To apply, place the shock absorbing pad below the knee cap over the patellar tendon. The neoprene strap is then wrapped around behind the knee and velcro closed, applying firm but comfortable pressure to ensure circulation is not restricted. To adjust the shock absorbing counter pressure on the tendon, pull the two elastic straps located on each side of the pad and tighten comfortably.
