Uta is a new character featured in the new One Piece Film: Red. She is a world famous singer and happens to be the daughter of Shanks. Uta serves as the main antagonist in the movie. Uta ate the Uta Uta no Mi devil fruit which allows her to transport people’s consciousness to a different mental space called the Uta World where she is all powerful.
