In this book of daily devotions, the word of God restores and regenerates. The meditations are relatable and applicable, bringing the holy scriptures to life as a guarantee that our God is a God of promise who gives us a hope and a future. Dean Michael Cox lives in Oroville CA with his wife and three children. He is a family man. Although he loves to write, his number one priority is being a husband and a father. But this wasn't always the case. For much of his life he struggled with drug addiction and alcoholism, which took him to places he never wanted to go. For close to 20 years he struggled with the disease. He was able to break free from these prisons because of the love and compassion of Jesus Christ. Dean began to write short stories and poems when he was young. When the Lord saved him Dean could not help but pick up a pen and a page to give thanks to the Lord for all that he had done. Mr. Cox and his family attend Jordan Crossing Church where they serve wherever they can. Dean is a Drug and Alcohol Counselor intern and is continuing his education in his counseling career. One of his many goals is to help others break free from the vicious cycle of addiction; to help find that which is lost.
