Instructions for cold use:
• Wrap in a plastic bag and cool in freezer for at least 4 hours, then use
Instructions for heat:
• Fold the pack in two and place it in the center of the microwave’s turntable
• Heating time may need to be adjusted, due to differences in power of individual microwaves. To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached. Total heating time should not exceed 2 minutes.
