The NV Olerasay No3, which comes from a solera started in 2008, was first released in 2014. This includes vintages between 2008 and 2021 that Andrea Mullineux mentioned is much more stable nowadays, once new wine is added. Limpid amber in colour. It has an alluring nose with dried honey, butterscotch, grilled hazelnuts and a touch of lanolin. The palate is beautifully balanced with fig, syrup and orange rind, hints of marmalade towards the unctuous but perfectly balanced and fresh finish. Very persistent - fabulous. Drinking window: 2023-2050. Score - 98. (Neal Martin, vinous.com, Sept. 2022) The NV Olerasay No3, which comes from a solera started in 2008, was first released in 2014.
