A generous, ripe wine, with upfront apricot, peach, tropical fruit, orange citrus, high-toned florals, fresh herbs, and a finely tuned minerality. It was fermented in stainless steel, preserving even the most delicate of the aromas and flavours. This is perfect for ceviche made in a traditional or vegan style.
