This Rocche di Castiglione is very classic, slightly garnet in colour with scents of roses, pomegranate and earthy strawberry, then medical herbs. The attack is firm, followed by a thick mid-palate showing good texture, then relaxing to the finish with soft acidity. Score: 92. (Aldo Fiordelli, decanter.com, March 28, 2021)
