The "rhythm builders" are meant to build your rhythmic vocabulary and make you much more comfortable, confident and accurate. The rhythms go from common to obscure, and there are certainly some challenges. As you train your mind, body and musical instinct with new and familiar rhythms through thousands of repetitions, they'll confidently and effortlessly come out in creative ways in the music that you play.
