The Pure Food Men’s 50+ Multivitamin & Mineral contains vitamin and mineral complexes important for men over 50, including calcium and magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2, folate and other B vitamins in their active forms, selenium, vitamin C, and saw palmetto extract. Enzymes, antioxidants, and other phytonutrients are also included for energy and vitality, making this vegan-friendly formula ideal for older men looking for an organic, raw-food-based multi.

Plant cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, sodium copper chlorophyllin, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin, sodium copper chlorophyllin), vegetable lubricant (palm), silica.
Recommended use: A bioenergetic multivitamin and mineral formula for the maintenance of good health.
Recommended adult dose: 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
