The Cabernet Franc and Syrah for this wine were fermented and aged separately using a combination of used French, American and Hungarian oak. The final blend was composed of carefully selected lots. It has nice balance and weight with juicy dark fruit, vanilla, peppercorn and touches of earth. This will continue to evolve through 2030.
