Travel back in time with three unlikely friends who meet for the first time: Hoot, the Great Horned Owl; Teddy, a black bear cub; and Mr. Roosevelt, the elk. Follow their dream as the three fly back in time to meet President Theodore Roosevelt. Teddy, the bear cub, and Roosevelt, the elk, realized they were named after the 26th President of the United States. Along the way, Teddy the cub gets into mischief and frightening mishaps that eventually become a learning experience that will last him a lifetime.
