This is a typical white Bordeaux blend of sauvignon blanc and semillon with no sense of barrel ageing. The nose has good lift with typical grassy, fresh dill herbals, grapefruit and a hint of anise. It is medium weight, firm and dry with very good flavour intensity. Acidity is crisp and slightly tart-edged, the finish is rather chalky/stony. Very good to excellent length.
