COLD THERAPY DIRECTIONS: 1. Place compress in freezer for 1 hour. 2. Remove compress from freezer and test compress temperature for your personal comfort level. If temperature is acceptable, apply to the injured area and secure in place with strap. Do not wrap too tightly. 3. After use, store compress at room temperature. DO NOT apply cold therapy for more than 20 minutes.
