<p>Children (4 - 12 years) - Take 1 scoop per day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least 1 glass of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake. Adolescents (12 - 18 years) - Take 1 scoop per day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with at least 1 glass of liquid to maintain adequate fluid intake.
