Some of Niagara's first riesling vines were planted on the historic 80 acre Kew estate. This elegant sparkler is crafted from organic riesling, and it is brimming with ripe apple and zesty lime flavours. The delicate effervescence refreshes the palate and leads to a silky-smooth finish. Pair with fish tacos or light salads.
