The tree is naturally pest-resistant, and does not require pesticides, herbicides, or additional chemical treatment during harvesting. Kapok is hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and mold-resistant. Never wash in a machine with an agitator (vertical spindle). For larger-sized king and super king duvets, we recommend using a commercial washer and dryer to allow the duvet room to move freely for optimal cleaning and drying. Tumble dry on air cycle or the lowest heat possible. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increase drying efficiency. Do not iron or bleach.
