A rare blend of exclusively red varieties, this is 60% pinot meunier and 40% pinot noir. Aged 24 to 36 months on lees, it delivers good depth of flavour, with white and yellow stone fruit and citrus prominent in the profile. The acidity is finely calibrated, the mousse is generous, and the fine bubbles rise in beads. It's a delicious champagne ready to drink now and in the next couple of years. (Tasted December 2024.) Score - 93. (Rod Phillips) A rare blend of exclusively red varieties, this is 60% pinot meunier and 40% pinot noir.
