From one of the biggest names in Burgundy, this wine comes from vines aged 45 years in Les Cherbaudes: a small two-hectare plot within Gevrey-Chambertin classified as premier cru. It spent 16 months on the lees with no racking, maturing in French oak barrels of which half were new.
