The 2021 Syrah Collezione Privata is a delicate, nuanced wine. After all these years, the Syrah has become quite Tuscan in personality. Bright red-toned fruit, blood orange, spice and rose petal open first. There's lovely freshness and purity to the fruit, but also less Syrah character than in many previous editions.
