This book presents the basic principles of information technology (hereafter referred to as IT) management. The model achieves its business and financial objectives by utilizing the management concepts of staff leveraging, plan alignment, gap analysis, and right-sizing in the management and deployment of IT resources. From a technical perspective the model is information-driven which views information as the common denominator of traditional data, voice, text, and image processing technologies.
