Powerful and round, vibrant with acidity, this wine bridges Old World and New. The estate vineyard has yields of 3.0 tonnes per acre. With all grapes hand-picked, whole-cluster pressed and gently moved by gravity. The wine was barrel-French oak fermented in 3000L foudres. Pour alongside lobster bisque. Enjoy! Drink or cellar.
