I'd become the oyster with a thick shell that represented the tough times when I had to grow a tough exterior in order to survive." It was during these times over thirty years ago when she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior, causing her pastor to state, "I've caught a Marlin." Shortly afterward, Peggy began writing and later journaling these devotionals--comforting messages God whispered to her during times of meditation and prayer.
