Gloria Ferrer is Freixenet's outpost in California, a very sophisticated and popular lunch spot on the edge of Carneros outside of the town of Sonoma. This has very lifted, quite rich and fetching nose of leesy/brioche, pistachio/macaroon with a sense of clover honey and ripe pear. It is light to medium bodied with taut, very lemony acidity.
